Definitions and Scope

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and the mae444 management ("Platform" or "We"). This document governs access to and use of all services provided under the mae444.one domain, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, and all related functions.

In this document, the term "Platform" refers to the mae444 website and all services operating under it. "Account" means the registered account created by a member to access mae444 services. "Funds" refers to cash and bonus credits held in a member's account.

Member Eligibility

Mae444 services are only available to individuals who meet all of the following conditions at the same time:

• Aged 21 years or above on the date of registration.
• There are no legal restrictions preventing participation in online gambling activities in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• Registering as an individual — registration on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Have not previously been banned from using the mae444 platform due to a terms violation.
• Registering with information that is truthful, accurate and verifiable.

Account Registration

Each individual is allowed to hold one active account only at any one time. Mae444 reserves the right to check and verify a member's identity using a national identity card (MyKad) or valid related documents at any time.

During registration, members are required to provide accurate information including full name, mobile phone number, active email address and preferred payment method details. All this information will be used for identity verification, transaction processing, and official communications from mae444.

• Duplicate accounts that are found will be suspended immediately and all funds within them are subject to review.
• Members are not permitted to share their account with another individual or transfer ownership of the account to a third party.
• Account passwords must be unique and not shared with anyone. Mae444 will never ask for your password via email or live chat.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact customer support immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mae444 platform are processed through approved payment methods only. Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM20, regardless of the payment method used. The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn until any applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method or an account registered in the member's name.
• Mae444 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals for security and compliance purposes.
• Any withdrawal attempt involving a bonus that has not met the wagering requirements will be declined.

Bonuses and Promotions

Mae444 offers various promotions to new and existing members. Each bonus received is subject to its own promotion terms and conditions, including wagering requirements and validity period.

150% Welcome Bonus: New members are entitled to a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted.

For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM150, bringing your balance to RM250. Your wagering requirement is RM150 × 15 = RM2,250. For a deposit of RM1,400, your bonus is RM1,000, the balance becomes RM2,400 and the wagering requirement is RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash and may only be used for wagering activity on the platform.
• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per account, mobile phone number, email address and device.
• Mae444 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Misuse of promotions or attempts to meet wagering requirements in an improper manner may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

Wagering Rules

All betting activities on the mae444 platform must comply with the established game rules. Game results are final once a round is completed and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

Mae444 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all slot and table games to ensure fairness and transparency. Live casino games are operated by real dealers monitored by an independent oversight system.

• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or use automated software (bots) is strictly prohibited.
• Bets placed during a system technical error will be voided and funds returned to the member's account.
• Betting limits for each game will be displayed in the game interface and are subject to change.

Member Responsibilities

Each member is fully responsible for all actions carried out using their account. The mae444 platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Members are advised to always bet within their own financial means.

• Members may not use the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Members are required to update their profile information promptly if any changes occur.
• Using a VPN or location-masking technology to access the platform from jurisdictions that restrict online gambling is entirely the member's responsibility.
• Members agree not to distribute unlawful, offensive, or spam content to other members on the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

Mae444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 21 years of age.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• The need to investigate fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Discovery of duplicate accounts linked to the same account.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, mae444 reserves the right to withhold any remaining funds in the account pending the outcome of an investigation. For closures requested by the member, valid funds will be processed once the review is complete.

Limitation of Liability

Mae444 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including loss of money resulting from betting outcomes.

The platform is provided "as is" and mae444 makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, the accuracy of real-time game data, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. Technical disruptions caused by factors beyond mae444's control, including third-party network issues or force majeure, cannot be used as grounds for a claim.

Amendment of Terms

Mae444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notification of significant changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or through a notice prominently displayed on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after an amendment takes effect is considered acceptance of the updated terms. Members who do not agree with the amendments are advised to stop using the platform and contact the support team for further discussion.
